Architectural forms are inspired by seashells and ocean waves, featuring curved balconies and layered terraces that reduce visual height while offering private outdoor areas. Cracknell’s landscape design introduces shaded walkways, water features, and planted corridors linking buildings to the shoreline.

Residents can move easily between wellness areas, social spaces, leisure zones, and beach access points within a secure and well-organized environment that prioritizes privacy and comfort.
