The Community offers a flexible payment plan designed for ease and affordability:
- Down Payment: Secure your unit with a 20% down payment at the time of booking.
- During Construction: Pay 30% in three easy installments throughout the development phase.
- Handover: Pay the remaining 50% upon project completion in December 2023.
